This week our IBES students met with Mrs. Craven for their quarterly Tiger Trait Assembly, where they focused on the importance of acting responsibly and taking ownership of their actions—not just at school, but at home and in the community.
Students explored how small, responsible choices can have a big impact and learned how stepping up and taking ownership in their everyday lives helps build a stronger, more positive environment for everyone. 💪🌎

On March 7th, IBHS will host Unplugged Day. Teachers will lead screen-free lessons; students must keep Chromebooks and phones away. Teachers will distribute tickets for participation, which students can enter for prize drawings at the end of the day.

Jackson Carrol is the IHSA 150lb Wrestling State Champion, and Barret Speck is the IHSA 120lb 5th place medal winner! Congratulations to both wrestlers and a special congratulations to Jackson for an undefeated 53 and 0 season and back-to-back state championships. We will have a welcome reception for the wrestlers in the high school theater at 2:00 PM tomorrow with a fire truck escort starting at 1:45 PM from Glasford Firehouse.
