Congratulations to the IBHS Track distance runners who competed last night at the Morton Distance Gala! It was a great night filled with outstanding performances and personal records. Our two top five finishers were Ty Basham, who placed 2nd overall in the 800m with a time of 1:53.75, and Audrey Dickinson, who placed first in the 1600m with a time of 4:57.15. Great job athletes and coaches!

Congratulations to our IBMS Scholastic Bowl team on bringing home the Regional title for the first time in 27 years! We are incredibly proud of this team and all of their hard work. IBHS senior Tyler Hedge and his team won the gold medal at State Skills USA! They will compete at Nationals in Atlanta in June! Congratulations! #ibtigerpride


IBHS senior Tyler Hedge is taking a Welding Technology course through ICC this year and is competing in Skills USA Illinois this weekend! Tyler will find out Saturday if he advances to Nationals which is in Atlanta the first week of June. #ibtigerpride

With perfect weather, so many smiling faces, and families enjoying time together, it was truly a wonderful community event. From games and activities to laughter and fun, the evening was filled with great memories for our Tiger families.
A huge thank you to our amazing PTO for financially supporting and the many volunteers for their endless hours to help organize this successful event. Your generosity and dedication continue to create special opportunities for our students and families.
We would also like to thank our staff volunteers who gave their time and energy to help make the evening run smoothly. We are so grateful for the teamwork and support that make events like this possible! 🐾

Our Illini Bluffs Tigers won the 2026 ICAC Bass Fishing Tournament! Josie Parker and Ethan Grandy took 1st place with an overall weight of 13.51 pounds in a boat captained by Bob Worrick. Evan Price and Cooper Stear earned 4th place with an overall weight of 9.66 pounds in a boat captained by Rick Scott. Josie Parker reeled in the largest bass with a weight of 3.65 pounds. Congratulations to all students, coaches, and boat captains!

🌸🎉 Today is the day! IBES PTO’s Annual Spring Fling is happening tonight from 5:00–7:00 PM, and the weather looks like it’s going to hold out, so we will be at Butler Haynes Park! ☀️

Our middle school students did a great job at the Spring Band and Choir Show. It was awesome to see them perform in front of their parents one final time this year. Great job to all of our students. #IBTigerPride 🐯









The Peoria Honey Company joined Mrs. Jatkowski's Foods 2 class and discussed sustainability of our food supply. Students were able to learn about bees and do some honey taste tasting! #earthday #ibtigerpride
