Students at IBMS and IBHS have been preparing for our Veterans Day visitors by writing words of thanks on the chalkboard wall in the ELA hallway. We are looking forward to thanking them and welcoming our community on Monday!

Mrs. Jatkowski's family consumer science classes recently visited the OSF Children's hospital to deliver quilts they made in class. We are proud of these students!

IB will be sponsoring a Veterans Day ceremony to honor all Veterans. The ceremony will be held on Monday, November 11th at 10:00 a.m. in the high school gym. A luncheon for all Veterans will be served immediately following the ceremony. Please call 389-2231 for reservations.

The IB school board honored our three building principals in recognition of principal appreciation week. A very special thanks to principals Keith Brown, Karen Petersen, and Janet Huene for all they do and for their dedication to the students and staff of our school district.
