Today was the last PTO 5th grade picture person project! The PTO volunteers and teachers were so excited to surprise the students this morning with the opportunity to do this awesome project with their entire grade in the commons! Thank you, PTO volunteers and Annett McCullough, for making this year's picture person program a huge success!
The IBES PTO wants to remind our families about the Spring Fling tonight at Butler Haynes Park! The event is from 5-7 PM, and an adult must accompany students. Parking will be in the field by the back pavilion, and we are accepting a minimum of $5 per car; all donations will go towards the playground fundraiser. The weather looks excellent for dancing, face-painting, bouncy houses, a tractor ride, and so much more. We hope to see you there!

Tonight, Barret Speck got recognized at the Board of Education meeting for winning 1A state at 90 lbs in wrestling. This is Barret's 2nd consecutive state title win! We are so proud of this young man and his accomplishments! #ibtigerpride
Congratulations Landon! As a Senior at IBHS, Landon is our first student enrolled in the ICC Dual-Welding Program. MTI hosted a welding contest this weekend, and Landon finished 2nd overall out of 70 other high school welding students. Because he had to leave for work before the ceremony on Saturday, Mr. Runser surprised him with a $2,500 check today! We are so proud of his accomplishments and can't wait to provide this opportunity to more IBHS students! #ibtigerpride
