After two decades of service and thousands of miles driven, we congratulate bus driver Angie Hargrave on her retirement. We appreciate Angie’s dedication to our school district and all the care she has given our kids over the years. Thank you, Angie, and enjoy your retirement!

Last week, Mrs. Halverson had her students read to kindergarten kids with their very own children books that they made in class! Love seeing our students as role models and leaders for the younger grades!

Love seeing our MS students having fun at the Dec. L.I.P. incentive. This is all possible thanks to their hard work on classroom assignment!

Great job, 4th-grade students, and thank you, wood shop students! The annual ornament project turned out great; we love our students being able to work with each other! #ibtigerpride

Mrs. Burke & Mrs. Edwards's 2nd-grade classes aligned the recent ELA unit focusing on the community to help out a local community classroom in need. Students in their classes brought in snack donations along with making holiday cards, followed by assembling the snack packs in preparation for them to be delivered to the local classroom. Their classroom project reached 136 very appreciative students this year. This project helped the students deepen their understanding of the real meaning of the holiday season. These acts of kindness certainly have helped spread kindness beyond our own community.

Congratulations to Mr. Bricker, Mrs. Lox, Ms. Bitner, Mrs. Doerr, Mrs. Tillhof, Mr. Waters, Mrs. Coulter, Mrs. Gresham, Ms. Sewell, Mr. Bishop, Mrs. Roderick, & Mrs. Jatkowski for being awarded CF Industries classroom grants! We would also like to thank CF Industries for supporting our school and students! The grants will provide learning experiences for students to incorporate agriculture and the environment into a classroom learning project. CF Industries has sponsored the grants for many years, and we can't thank them enough!! #ibtigerpride
