Our 1st through 5th grade IBES students had the exciting opportunity to attend the dress rehearsal for Shrek: The Musical, presented by the drama department! The students loved the sneak peek, and we can’t wait for you to see the full performances this weekend at the IBHS Theater. Showtimes are Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 PM, and Sunday at 2:30 PM. We hope to see you there for these spectacular shows!

The IBHS Drama Club & Drama Boosters are proud to present Shrek the Musical October 18th & 19th at 7:30pm and October 20th at 2:30pm. We encourage you to support the 60 students in 5th-12th grades have worked to craft this production. Pre-sale tickets are on sale October 15th-18th in the high school office--$7 for students and senior citizens and $10 for adults. Children 3 and under are free--However, you should request a ticket ahead of time if they will take up a seat. Tickets will be on sale at the door on show nights.

We are excited to announce the opening of our "Tiger Team Store!"
Our Tiger Team Store is a student-run enterprise through our Business Management & Entrepreneurship class at IBHS. The class provides students the opportunity to learn the process of analyzing a business opportunity, preparing a business plan, determining feasibility by utilizing research, and developing an action plan to organize and successfully operate a business. From concept to reality, the team store students work hard to bring their ideas to life!
The Tiger Team Store will be at parent-teacher conferences tonight in the ES, all home basketball games this season, and pop-up stores throughout the district at events! Thank you, Veterans! Illini Bluffs CUSD #327 is pleased to sponsor our annual Veterans Day ceremony to honor all Veterans.
The ceremony will be held on Monday, November 11th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the High School gym. We would like to encourage all Veterans, past and present, to participate in the ceremony. Community members are welcome to come and honor our Veterans.
A luncheon for all Veterans past and present will be served in the elementary commons immediately following the ceremony. Due to space constraints, the luncheon will be limited to 300 people. Reservations for the luncheon may be made by calling the Illini Bluffs District Office at 389-2231, Option 4, or by e-mail at lwebb@ib327.com.
When making a reservation, please include the following information:
1. Veteran’s name, military branch, and time period served
2. Name of guest
3. Names of Illini Bluffs students who will be joining you for lunch
4. A photo of the veteran may also be included by e-mail to
lwebb@ib327.com or sent to the District Office. The photos will be displayed in the elementary commons.

IBMS softball is heading to the IESA State Final 4! The team won on a walk-off in extra innings 3-2. We play tomorrow at noon at Champion Fields in Normal. Go Tigers!! #ibtigerpride
Today, English 10 students connected with Mrs. Coulter in the IBHS Library to find the perfect book for them! Students were asked to complete a Book Match Request Form, and then Mrs. Coulter spent a few days considering their preferred format, genre, characters, and even vibe. She carefully matched each of our sophomores with a personalized book choice, and then they simply enjoyed reading!
