High School Volleyball will be holding an open gym June 27, 28, & 29 from 9-10:30 in the the Elementary School Gym.
Peoria County, Preschool Summer Screening, is happening now. If your child will be 3 by September 1st, 2023, and NOT eligible for kindergarten, please call the Bright Futures office to schedule your summer screening appointment. Early intervention is essential, your child can be screened at any location, please click on the following link to view the screening dates and locations.

2nd place in state! Congratulations to the IBHS softball team on their 1A IHSA 2nd place finish! We will be having a reception at the Middle School gym at 3:00 PM to welcome the team back. State Championship Game Day!! IBHS Softball is playing in the IHSA 1A State Championship Game today at 11:30 AM vs. St. Bede at Louisville Slugger. Tigers advance to the State Championship!!! They beat Leroy 10-0 in five innings and play tomorrow at 11:30 AM vs St. Bede at Louisville Slugger! Welcome reception at the middle school immediately following the game tomorrow. Great job Softball!! Four years in a row in the state championship game!

IBES preschoolers had a fun day at Glasford Park. On the way, they saw the carnival being set up, which sparked tons of conversation and excitement! We can’t wait to see our future kindergartners flourish next school year, along with our year two preschoolers. #ibtigerpide
This month Mrs. Roderick's Digital Photography Community Hour used the CF Industries grant to explore our community to capture environmental photography. The students were able to capture images from the Glasford train tracks, Banner Marsh, Reed City Park, Bryan Sprout's farm, the S curves, and Main Street. The students selected from their hundreds of photos to edit and share those that capture our community. Thank you to CF Industries for supporting our students!
